President & CEO
Mr. Silverstein founded iPROMOTEu in August 1999 and has served as the company's President and CEO since that time. Under Mr. Silverstein's leadership, iPROMOTEu has achieved continuous and substantial growth. Prior to iPROMOTEu, Mr. Silverstein was involved with the RE/MAX real estate organization in many capacities, including Executive Vice President and General Counsel, for seven years. Mr. Silverstein was instrumental in the growth of the RE/MAX system in parts of the United States, Canada, Europe and the Middle East. During this time, Mr. Silverstein was also the president and co-founder of an affiliated mortgage company that he managed for three years before it was acquired. Prior to RE/MAX, Mr. Silverstein worked for five years as a corporate attorney at Goodwin, Procter & Hoar, a leading Boston law firm, where he specialized in financings and acquisitions. In 2005, Mr. Silverstein received the Distributor Entrepreneur of the Year Award from ASI and Counselor Magazine. Mr. Silverstein is regularly involved as a speaker, panelist and participant in industry educational programs and is a frequent contributor to the various industry publications. Mr. Silverstein graduated from Boston College, summa cum laude, with a Bachelor of Science in Management and later earned a Master of Science in Management from the Sloan School of Management at M.I.T. and a law degree from Boston University.
Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Harmsworth joined the iPROMOTEu management team in September 2011 and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Harmsworth spent nine years with the First American Financial Corporation (NYSE: FAF), a Fortune 500 company based in Santa Ana, California. Mr. Harmsworth had a number of roles with First American including Executive Vice-President of Operations, Chief Financial Officer of First American Title Insurance Company and Executive Vice-President of First Canadian Title Company Limited. Prior to joining First American, Mr. Harmsworth was Executive Vice-President of RE/MAX where he was instrumental in the development of the RE/Max system in Canada, The United States and Europe. He graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Commerce degree and has been certified as a chartered accountant by the Chartered Accountants of Ontario, Canada.
Executive Vice President
Mr. Badiner joined iPROMOTEu in December 1999 as Executive Vice President and has been instrumental in the growth of the company. Mr. Badiner has more than 30 years of experience in the promotional products industry. For most of his career, Mr. Badiner was affiliated with a large distributorship as a salesperson and, later, as a manager. For the three years immediately prior to joining iPROMOTEu, Mr. Badiner was Director of Franchise Services at Adventures in Advertising and was instrumental in AIA’s growth during his tenure. Mr. Badiner has a wealth of industry contacts and is well-respected by both distributors and suppliers. Mr. Badiner graduated from the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising.
Senior Vice President
Mr. Stolper joined the iPROMOTEu management team in September 2007 as Director of Operations. His responsibilities include the planning and improvement of the company's systems and procedures. For 35 years prior to iPROMOTEu, Mr. Stolper was the co-founder and president of a manufacturing company that produced and distributed professional photographic accessories and provided subcontract machining services to other manufacturers. Mr. Stolper graduated from Massachusetts Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering and, later, earned an Master of Science in Management from the Sloan School of Management at M.I.T.
Exclusive Sales & Marketing Consultant
Mr. Quicksell joined iPROMOTEu as the exclusive Sales and Marketing Consultant. He has been involved in the promotional products and sportswear industries for over three decades. Mr. Quicksell is the recipient of numerous industry awards and accolades including 17 PPAI Pyramid award wins and recognition as PPAI’s Ambassador Speaker of the Year for six consecutive years. He was also recognizing by PPAI as one of the top five industry speakers and trainers and by Counselor Magazine as one of the Top 50 Most Influential People in the Promotional Products Industry. Mr. Quicksell has published over 500 articles and two books: Going for the Gold and Weekly Motivational Insights. Mr. Quicksell is currently the President & CEO of Cliff Quicksell & Associates. Mr. Quicksell studied Marketing & Business Communications at the University of Maryland College Park.
Print & Packaging Consultant
Mr. Schwei joined iPROMOTEu in July 2011 as the expert Print & Packaging Consultant. His responsibilities include overseeing the print and packaging division of the business. Prior to joining iPROMOTEu, Mr. Schwei owned and operated his own print and promotional products company with an emphasis on print and packaging. Mr. Schwei comes from the manufacturing side of the print industry where he worked for a commercial offset printer as a Business Development Manager. Mr. Schwei graduated from Ferris State University with an Associate in Applied Science degree in Printing and Digital Graphic Imaging Technology and a Bachelor of Science degree in Printing Management.
Senior Director of Business Development
Mr. Caccamo joined the iPROMOTEu management team in July 2000 as Director of Business Development. At iPROMOTEu, Mr. Caccamo works to increase the number of distributors affiliated with the iPROMOTEu network. Mr. Caccamo began his professional career with the Canada Federal Government in 1976. In 1996, he left government work after serving 20 years of service as the Manager of Immigration. Mr. Caccamo then formed and partnered in a small telecommunication company. From 1996 to 2000, Mr. Caccamo helped grow the company from its inception to a profitable and very successful entity that was ultimately sold to a large national telecommunication company. Mr. Caccamo attended Ryerson University.
Director of Business Development
Mr. Steinberg joined iPROMOTEu in November of 2009 as Director of Business Development after an 11 year career with ASI including many years as Executive Director of Major Accounts. Prior to ASI, Mr. Steinberg was an Account Executive, a Distributor Representative, a Manufacturer’s Representative and also the owner and president of a retail chain in the pet industry. In his spare time, Mr. Steinberg is also a professional umpire for baseball and a referee for football. Mr. Steinberg graduated from Southern Utah State University with a Bachelor of Science degree.
Business Development Manager
Mr. Fitzgerald joined iPROMOTEu in April of 2010 as a Business Development Manager, after five successful years working with distributors at ASI. Mr. Fitzgerald spent his time at ASI helping distributors of all sizes streamline their efficiencies to increase sales and revenues. Mr. Fitzgerald graduated from Penn State University with a business degree in Marketing.
