Cliff Quicksell, MAS, works as iPROMOTEu’s Sales & Marketing Consultant providing creative programs for our Affiliates to use and offering advice and support. As an Affiliate, there is no charge to you for Cliff’s services.
A letter template and an iPROMOTEu Fact Sheet are available for you to send to your customers. These documents explain your affiliation with iPROMOTEu, what iPROMOTEu does, and how the partnership will benefit your customers. This document can be modified and placed on your letterhead.
There are many ways to handle this situation and each case is different. Our professional development team can give you advice and assistance in creating the right plan. Of course, many of our Affiliates also have sales representatives.
The invoice will display your company name and logo prominently at the top. Invoice instructions will direct your customer to make checks payable to iPROMOTEu and to remit payment to an iPROMOTEu bank lockbox.
We collect sales tax remitted by your customers and send you a check and report every month. You are responsible for completing any required forms and for remitting the forms and payment directly to the taxing authority.
iPROMOTEu does not provide regular, recurring product research for our Affiliates. Industry service providers such as Trade Only, SAGE and ASI offer these tools and, whenever possible, at steep discounts. However, if your product needs are unique, we will be able to assist you based on our extensive industry experience.
You are paid weekly by direct deposit with respect to all orders for which we received payment from your customer during the prior week. You also receive a report via email detailing the payment you will be receiving.

Qualified distributors need to fill out, sign and return the agreement for processing and review. Once accepted, a new affiliate will be set up in our systems. This setup process takes approximately one week.
