Ross Silverstein

Co-Founder, Chairman, Board of Directors; President & CEO

Mr. Silverstein founded iPROMOTEu in August 1999 and has served as the company's President and CEO since that time. Under Mr. Silverstein's leadership, iPROMOTEu has achieved continuous and substantial growth. Prior to iPROMOTEu, Mr. Silverstein was involved with the RE/MAX real estate organization in many capacities, including Executive Vice President and General Counsel, for seven years. Mr. Silverstein was instrumental in the growth of the RE/MAX system in parts of the United States, Canada, Europe and the Middle East. During this time, Mr. Silverstein was also the president and co-founder of an affiliated mortgage company that he managed for three years before it was acquired. Prior to RE/MAX, Mr. Silverstein worked for five years as a corporate attorney at Goodwin, Procter & Hoar, a leading Boston law firm, where he specialized in financings and acquisitions. In 2005, Mr. Silverstein received the Distributor Entrepreneur of the Year Award from ASI and Counselor Magazine. Mr. Silverstein is regularly involved as a speaker, panelist and participant in industry educational programs and is a frequent contributor to the various industry publications. Mr. Silverstein graduated from Boston College, summa cum laude, with a Bachelor of Science in Management and later earned a Master of Science in Management from the Sloan School of Management at M.I.T. and a law degree from Boston University.

Walter Schneider

Co-Founder; Member, Board of Directors

Mr. Schneider co-founded iPROMOTEu with Mr. Silverstein in August 1999 and has served as a member of the Company’s Board of Directors since that time. Most of Mr. Schneider’s professional career has focused on real estate and, in particular, the RE/MAX real estate organization. Mr. Schneider is a major franchisor of residential real estate offices with approximately 2,500 franchised office and 26,000 sales associates throughout his organization. He owns and has successfully built and managed portions of the RE/MAX real estate system in the United States, Canada, Europe, and the Middle East. Mr. Schneider is experienced at revolutionizing and transforming the residential real estate industry in numerous countries throughout the world. As a result, Mr. Schneider is recognized and respected as a visionary and business maverick. Mr. Schneider possesses exceptional sales and marketing skills and general business acumen. Mr. Schneider is a graduate of the University of Toronto.

John Schreiber

Member, Board of Directors

John Schreiber is President and CFO of InfoArmor, Inc., a Granite Point Capital portfolio company. Mr. Schreiber joined InfoArmor's board in 2008 after leading Granite Point Capital's investment in the company. Prior to joining Granite Point Capital in 2003, Mr. Schreiber spent six years at Janus Capital in a series of analytical and portfolio management roles. From 1995 until joining Janus in 1997, Mr. Schreiber served as an equity research analyst at Fidelity Management & Research Company. From 1991 through 1994, Mr. Schreiber worked in a series of professional engineering positions at a predecessor company of Puget Sound Energy. Mr. Schreiber received his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Washington in 1990 and received an M.B.A. with Distinction from Harvard Business School in 1996. Mr. Schreiber has earned the designation Chartered Financial Analyst. Mr. Schreiber is a substantial investor in iPROMOTEu.

Jonathan Spector

Special Advisor, Board of Directors

Jonathan Spector is Chief Executive Officer of The Conference Board. As the publisher of the Consumer Confidence Index, the Leading Economic Indicators and other reports on economic trends and best management practices, The Conference Board is the most widely-cited private source of business intelligence. Mr. Spector joined The Conference Board after serving as Vice Dean of The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He was responsible during his tenure for the significant growth and strategic repositioning of the school’s Executive Education activities. Mr. Spector began his career and spent 20 years at McKinsey & Company, where he was elected a Senior Partner. He founded and managed the Firm’s Taipei office, and helped lead McKinsey’s North American electronics practice until his departure to become the Chief Executive of two startup technology companies. Mr. Spector is the co-author of We Are Smarter Than Me (Pearson Publishing, 2007), which highlights the ways in which businesses can harness the power of collective intelligence. Mr. Spector serves on the Board of the March of Dimes, and has previously served as a Trustee of Wesleyan University. He earned his B.A. in Math/Economics, with honors, from Wesleyan University, and his M.B.A., with distinction, from Harvard Business School. Mr. Spector is an early investor in iPROMOTEu and has served as a member of the Company’s Board of Directors since the Company’s inception until 2007.
